What countries do you ship to and via what postal service?
- Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS.
- Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail.
- Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. During strikes, shipments are handled by Purolator or DHL.
- Orders within the European Union are shipped via DHL.
- We DO NOT ship within or to the Netherlands
Refund and Re-Shipping Policy
We ensure that 99% of our deliveries are smooth and punctual. However, if any issues occur with your order, you’re covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.
Notify us of the non-delivery, and we will first investigate the status of your package. If USPS lost your parcel, we will either resend your order free of charge or provide a refund based on your preference.
When will I receive my invoice and tracking number?

Other Payment methods: Not automated, sent within 1-10 hours after payment received.
Tracking Number Email: Sent approximately 24–72 business hours after payment is processed.
Please note that while most products include a tracking number, certain items do not for operational security (OpSec) reasons.
Will packages be packed discreetly?
Yes, all packages will be packed discreetly to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Our packaging is designed to be plain and unmarked, with no branding or indication of the contents inside. This approach ensures that our customers can shop with confidence, knowing their purchases will arrive securely and without drawing any unnecessary attention.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments through Bitcoin will receive 15% discount. Other payment options such as paypal / Cashapp / Venmo might be available at checkout page depending on availability.
